True Terms: Just discovered a new (to me anyway) disagreable term in my bank's new mandatory agreement for online services; specifically, "... (I do) hereby knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally waive any right ... to a trial by jury with respect to any ..., or any course of conduct, course of dealing, statements or actions ... (with this bank)."
And I thought the right to a trial by jury of one's peers was guaranteed by the US Constitution -- of course, I guess I can agree to forsake that right if it is mandatory to have an online account. See True Terms — the short form.
